

CR-20 RFID Reader with MAC-D2 Controller for Boom Barrier Integration
This wiring diagram illustrates the complete connection setup between the MORX CR-20 UHF RFID Reader, SEMAC MAC-D2 Access Controller, Boom Barrier Controller, and Photocell Safety Sensor. The solution enables automated vehicle access control by triggering the boom barrier when an authorised RFID tag is detected.
System Overview
The CR-20 RFID Reader reads vehicle RFID tags and transmits the credential data to the MAC-D2 Controller through the Wiegand D0 and D1 communication lines. Upon successful verification, the MAC-D2 Controller activates the boom barrier relay output, allowing authorised vehicles to enter or exit automatically.

Photocell Safety Protection
