RFID Smart Parking Management System
The RFID Parking Control System is a control and monitoring system designed for use at residential gated communities, commercial buildings, universities, school parking areas, and hospitality or retail centres across India.
The system is powered by three key components that work together to deliver fully automated vehicle access management:
- Boom Barrier — automated gate control triggered by RFID identification
- RFID Vehicle Tags — windshield tags assigned to authorised vehicles for hands-free detection
RFID Readers — UHF RFID readers installed at entry and exit points to identify vehicles at speed
How RFID Smart Parking Works
These three components work together to provide vehicle parking control and are highly customisable to fit the requirements of any parking facility. The system ensures access is only granted to authorised vehicles through three simple steps.

Step 1 — RFID Vehicle Tags are assigned to all authorised vehicles. Each windshield tag carries a unique identification code linked to the vehicle’s registration and owner profile in the system database.
Step 2 — RFID Readers are installed at entry and exit points within the parking facility. When a vehicle approaches, the reader detects the RFID tag signal broadcast from the windshield and commands the boom barrier to open automatically for authorised vehicles — and remain closed for unregistered ones.
Step 3 — The RFID Vehicle Tag transmits data, which is imported into the Parking Control Software. The software grants or denies access, records vehicle activity with timestamps, can trigger surveillance cameras at entry and exit points, and logs and bills parking charges to the customer automatically. All of this is accessed through an easy-to-use management interface.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is an RFID smart parking management system?
An RFID smart parking system uses windshield RFID tags on vehicles and readers at entry and exit points to automatically identify authorised vehicles, operate boom barriers, and log all vehicle activity — without manual intervention from security staff or drivers.
2. How does the RFID parking system grant or deny access?
When a vehicle approaches the entry point, the reader detects the windshield tag. The system checks the vehicle against the authorised database — if registered, the boom barrier opens automatically. Unregistered vehicles are denied entry and the event is logged.
3. Can the system handle visitor vehicles?
Yes. Temporary access credentials can be issued to visitor vehicles through the parking management software. Access is time-limited and can be revoked immediately. All visitor entries and exits are logged automatically.
4. Can the system integrate with billing and surveillance systems?
Yes. The parking control software supports automatic billing based on vehicle entry and exit timestamps. Camera integration for visual verification at entry and exit points is also supported, and an SDK is available for integration with existing applications.
